Tomorrow marks the beginning of " Teacher Appreciation Week" . Monday kicks the celebration off with, bring your teacher a flower. Yes, a whole bouquet is a little overkill.... but these gals are such a huge part of my kids life right now, I DO appreciate them insisting they raise their hand before speaking, teaching them to get up in front of the class and read, to push them in their strong subjects, to teach them there are consequences to be paid if the rules are not followed, and rewards for those who work hard. I tell you friends, I'm not as concerned with the grades as I am with their character, and these women are helping me to mold polite, considerate, conscientious individuals, and that deserves at LEAST a big beautiful bouquet...........Love you gals!!!
Kudos to you! Grades are important, but seem so often to be emphasized above character and simply being nice.
Love your blog...lovely photos and wares!

My son did the same thing a whole bouquet. I agree with you, what would we do without our teachers.
What a pretty bouquet you made.
Smiles,
